Our Essential Package is designed for couples who want a simple, elegant celebration with all the fundamentals included. It provides everything you need for a seamless event without the extras, while still giving you our beautiful lakeside venue and full support from our team.

  • 8 hours of private venue access

  • Tables & chairs for up to 100 guests

  • Use of prep kitchen and restrooms

  • On-site parking for guests

  • Venue host present throughout the event

  • General setup and cleanup handled by our staff

  • One security staff member on-site

  • Standard venue cleaning included (sweeping & trash removal)

  • Access to our recommended vendor list for additional services (florists, photographers, etc.)

 

Ideal for elopements, private parties, and rehearsal dinners.

Signature Package

Our most popular choice, blending the essentials with added style and comfort. This option gives you more time, more space, and thoughtful upgrades that make your celebration flow with ease.

  • Additional staff support for smooth event flow

  • Access to outdoor patio for cocktails and mingling

  • General setup and cleanup handled by our staff

  • One security staff member on-site

  • Standard venue cleaning included (sweeping & trash removal)

  • Access to our recommended vendor list for additional services (florists, photographers, etc.)

The Premium Package offers the ultimate Odd Fellow experience, combining our signature spaces, extended hours and exclusive features. Perfect for couples who want to relax and enjoy every detail without compromise.

  • Black or Ivory linens for guest tables with styling set up

  • Use of prep kitchen and restrooms

  • On-site parking for guests

  • Exclusive use of Odd Fellow's bar area (bartending service provided exclusively through Odd Fellow Events LLC)

  • Outdoor ceremony seating setup (with indoor ceremony backup option)

  • Exclusive access to bridal & groom lounges

  • Dockside photo opportunities, including our vintage Chris-Craft boat

  • Venue host present throughout the day

  • Additional staff support for smooth event flow

  • Access to outdoor patio for cocktails and mingling

All beverage package pricing is subject to applicable Michigan sales tax. As a licensed venue, all alcohol must be purchased and served exclusively through Odd Fellow Events LLC. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
